IGET Hospitality ("we", "us", or "our") provides the OperationsApp mobile application (the "App") for hospitality and operations management. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

  1. Account and login information: Work email address, password, user ID, full name, role, and assigned areas when you sign in.
  2. Task and operations data: Task names, descriptions, notes, status updates, assigned personnel, due dates, scheduled dates, property references, and related operational records.
  3. Photos and media you choose to upload: If you attach photos to tasks, we collect images you select from your photo library or capture with your device camera.
  4. Device and notification information: Device push notification tokens and basic platform information (for example, Android or iOS) to send work-related notifications.
  5. Locally stored app data: Authentication token, user profile details, and device notification token stored on your device to keep you signed in and support app functionality.

2. Permissions the App Uses

  1. Camera: Used only when you choose to take a photo for a task.
  2. Photo library / media access: Used only when you choose photos to upload.
  3. Push notifications: Used to deliver operational notifications and task updates.

If you deny these permissions, some features may not work properly.

3. How We Use Information

  1. Authenticate users and maintain secure access.
  2. Display, manage, assign, and update operational tasks.
  3. Allow users to upload and manage task-related photos.
  4. Send task-related or operational push notifications.
  5. Maintain app performance, security, and reliability.
  6. Respond to support, operational, or administrative issues.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information in the following situations:

  1. With backend and hosting providers: To operate the App, store task data, authenticate users, and process uploads.
  2. With notification service providers: To deliver push notifications, including providers such as Google Firebase Cloud Messaging.
  3. With authorized organization users: Task, account, and operations information may be visible to authorized staff and administrators.
  4. When required by law: To comply with legal obligations or lawful requests.
  5. To protect rights and security: To protect users, our organization, and the App.

5. Data Retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide the App, support operational workflows, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal requirements.

Authentication tokens and certain user data may remain on your device until you log out, your session expires, or data is cleared by the App or device settings.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business and operational use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

8. Your Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information.

  1. Disable push notifications in your device settings.
  2. Decline camera or media permissions (related features may stop working).
  3. Log out of the App to remove certain locally stored session data.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your country of residence, depending on where systems and service providers operate. Where required, we take appropriate steps to protect transferred data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice where appropriate.
